
About 2,5 tons of meat possibly contaminated by the bacterium Escherichia coli were sold at the beginning of March in 29 hypermarkets "Carrefour, Monoprix et Monop'
The incriminated products are minced beef or minced meat in 5 % and 15 % of fats, of these marks. These products, which are not any more for sale because the best-before date is fixed on March 17th and 18th.

The very young children, the old, sick persons the most fragile in front of this bacterium, which can provoke pathological confusions which go of the simple gastro-enteritis until a renal insufficiency.
